At HEPCO, our Management Team is a group of professionals, skilled in our technical specialty areas. The experience of the team represents over one hundred and fifty years in providing clients with Engineering, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Telecom, IT resource solutions.
David B. du Pont, President & CEO
Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania '67 (BA). US Army 1st Lt. (1967-1970). Wharton '72 (MBA Marketing). Eighteen years corporate finance (Citibank 1972-1975, Goldman Sachs 1975-1983, Prudential Bache 1983-1985, and Drexel Burnham 1985-1990). Acquired HEPCO in 1992. Involved in all aspects of the Company with particular focus on marketing and client relations.
Connor Brown, AVP Treasury Operations
Graduated from Montclair State University in 2017 with a B.S. in Accounting. Given his strong academic record and academic focus on financial operations, he was hired in 2016 by HEPCO, while still a student, as a member of the Financial Department, where he continues to focus on Treasury operations.
Tammy Crewes, Comptroller & Office Manager
Ms. Crewes is a 2012 graduate of Caldwell College with a BA in Business Administration/Social Sciences. She has over 20 years of experience managing payroll, client invoicing and accounts receivables. She also manages HEPCO's Saddle Brook office. She joined HEPCO in 1993.
Robert Glynn, Chief Operating Officer & FSO
Mr. Glynn has 30 years of marketing experience. He has held senior positions with several national marketing organizations, and while at HEPCO, has successfully focused on increasing our presence with a broad cross section of State and Federal agencies to include the State and City of New York. He joined HEPCO in 2000.
Robert Godsey, Senior Recruiter
Mr. Godsey is a U.S. Army Veteran who graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2007 with a B.A. in Film. He has 15 years in sales and customer service that range from retail to insurance. He joined HEPCO in 2018 as a recruiter where he focuses on new opportunities for people with engineering backgrounds.
Christopher Kasker, Senior Vice President
Chris is a Technical Services Certified, and Certified Staffing Professional. His graduate degrees are in business, organizational management, and communications. His 24 years in the U.S. Army included roles in leadership, communications, and human resources. He is involved with various aspects of business management and sales. He joined HEPCO in 2019.
Tom Lee, Vice President - Recruiting
Mr. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the service and retail industries with extensive backgrounds in management, sales, recruiting and training. He is currently a senior member of our recruiting staff serving multiple industries, with a specific focus on personnel with engineering backgrounds. He joined HEPCO in 1992.
Antonio P. Levato, Vice President - Sales
Graduate of Mount Saint Mary College (BA) and a 24-year veteran of the U.S Navy. He has over 20 years of leadership in sales and marketing. During his career in the armed forces he has led numerous management teams within the U.S and abroad. He has over 15 years of talent acquisition and accession of personnel in advanced engineering, cyber warfare electronics, avionics and information technology. He joined HEPCO in 2017.
Janet Townsend, Assistant VP & FSO – Management
Graduate of Passaic County Community College in 1976 with an LPN. Has over fifteen years of managerial experience and is responsible for HEPCO's website content and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees to include all I-9's and E-Verify as well as Security Clearances when required. She joined HEPCO in 2009.
